Download Youtube Videos as MP4 files (Firefox Add-On)

This Firefox Add-On creates 'Download As MP4' link directly underneath the embed information for any Youtube clip.

To save the file with a descriptive name in a folder that you specify, simply right click on 'Download as MP4' and select 'Save Linked File as'. Otherwise it will save it in your download folder. (I hate double handling files)

This is great if you want to use the clips in iTunes or transfer them to your iPhone. 

It is also handy when you have a group of teenagers who eat away at you monthly internet download cap by watching the same thing on YouTube 10 times. This way, they can download their funny videos of sleeping dogs or talking cats ONCE and watch them whenever they want!!
